Pedro Aguirre is the son of Mexican Immigrants who arrived to California in the late 60’s. He got his start in the restaurant world when he lived in North Carolina.
His family opened a Mexican restaurant called La Carreta in Nashua NH and Pedro took off! He has opened several restaurants in the New England area including La Cabaña in New Boston, California Burrito, Baja Tacos and Burritos, and many more.
